It has been specifically designed to develop practices and train employees in the Allied’ way from the minute they start with us. Additionally, the Training Academy educates our staff in Health, Safety and Wellbeing as well as providing up-to-date information on our internal employee offering and practical assessing of packing and loading, combined with quality and customer service principles.
Designed to facilitate best practice from around our 40 locations and maximise consistency in service delivery, whilst promoting safety, this Academy is unique to our Industry, demonstrates our commitment to our people and provides Allied with a real competitive advantage.
External training is also undertaken via the Industry accredited body (AFRA). Removalists participate in other specific programs to build competencies required in our field.

A key component of Allied’ reporting process includes the establishment and monitoring of Key Performance Indicators or KPIs. Over many years Allied has worked with our clients to define service standards that Allied will commit to each organisation and most importantly, how these will be measured.
