The reps were fast and packed everything quickly and well. It was efficient and they were all courteous. The reps took the piano from New York and it was transported well, just a couple dents.

The care they took of my items, co-operative will and spirit. They started out at a warehouse, they had to move some things to reach the items that they needed and the communication. My things did not come to me, they were sent to my son in Colorado. The local agents crew did an excellent job, was pleasant, easy to deal with, had a good attitude and handled everything carefully.

I gave them a ten because we have moved a couple of times, the guys were great, the over all move was easy, and they finished quickly. I want to say they came early and finished the job early. The only problem was getting in and out, it was more of a issue because of the way our apartment is made.
