The way they did the move and the dialogue. I felt like I knew them and they were very easy to get along with.

Everything went smooth, from the estimate which was accurate till the del. Everything went perfect. Obrien, the local company was outstanding. They called right back, never left me hanging. Great job.

The driver and packers were very courteous, helpful, and friendly. The auto-transport had zero follow-up.

We actually were friendly with the owner of Freebie. We used them several times while we were in Chicago. The driver was there to pick up my things from Chicago to Arizona. It took it from start to finish.

The quote was a thousand dollars lower than United and the payment method was easy. They packed the fragile items for us. I requested a different day due to street maintenance but the driver wanted to deliver early so it worked out well.

The two rep James and Jeff. They packed, loaded, and unloaded. They were nice, respectful, and worked. James and Jeff was very good. The driver was prompt.
